Purchaser access
Use the email from checkout
We’ll send a six-digit sign-in code if this address has a software purchase. This is a separate software account; your game password and beta invitation are not used.
A code request does not confirm whether an address has purchased a license. Having trouble? Contact Open Waves using your checkout email and receipt reference.

Keep a copy of what you acquire
Save your package, license certificate and included terms together. One-time purchases cover the purchased version. A paid subscription adds access to released updates during its paid term. After it ends, you can keep using your last lawfully downloaded version under the same license scope.
Cancellation and payment details are managed through the billing button on your license. If billing access is unavailable, contact us to cancel or resolve a payment issue. A sign-in or checkout return alone does not establish that payment has been confirmed.
